Frequently Asked Questions
Here are answers to some of the most commonly asked questions about our services. If your question isn’t listed here, feel free to reach out directly—we’re happy to help!
Q: What are your payment options?
A: We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:
• Cash
• Check
• Venmo
• Apple Pay
Please ensure payment is made in full at the time services are completed.
Q: What areas in Georgia do you serve?
A: We are based in the northern suburbs of Atlanta and proudly serve communities across Cobb, Cherokee, Gilmer, Pickens, Fannin, North Fulton, Union, and Forsyth Counties. If you’re nearby but outside this area, give us a call—we may still be able to help.
Q: How exactly does your pricing work?
A: Our goal is to be transparent and fair. We charge a flat rate of $35 for the first 30 minutes of service. This is our minimum charge and covers our travel and initial work period. After the first 30 minutes, we charge in 30-minute increments of $25. For example, a 50-minute job would cost $60 ($35 for the first 30 minutes + $25 for the next 30 minutes).
Q: Are you insured?
A: Absolutely. For your peace of mind and ours, we are fully insured.
Q: Do I need to provide tools or materials?
A: We bring a full set of professional tools ready to tackle your project. If your job requires specific materials (like a light fixture, mulch, or hardware), you can either provide them yourself, or we can purchase them for you.
The cost of materials we purchase on your behalf will be added to your final invoice with no markup. We will always discuss this with you and obtain your approval beforehand.
Q: What kinds of jobs do you NOT do?
A: To maintain quality and safety, we avoid tasks that require state-licensed specialty contractors. These include major plumbing work, electrical work (like rewiring a house), roofing, major renovations, or projects requiring special permits. Our focus is on handyman tasks and small-scale maintenance.
Q: How do I schedule an appointment?
A: The easiest way is to call us or fill out the form on our Contact page. We’ll discuss your needs, find a time that works for you, and get you on the schedule.
Q: Are you available on weekends?
A: Yes! We understand how busy weekdays can be. To accommodate your schedule, we offer appointments on Saturdays.
